Artist MSS to merge with Axia Group
The Korean company will acquire a majority control block of the Collagenna skin care producer
Seoul based Artist MSS is to acquire a majority control block of Axia Group (AGIJ), US based producer of Collagenna skin care products and Melem Secret neutraceuticals and supplements. Artist MSS said it is “ready to make its US debut with formulated products, dynamic management and the strength of a motivated team”.
Following the close of the transaction which is expected this month, a new management team for AGIJ will be put in place and the company plans to leave the current share structure unchanged for the foreseeable future. The transaction is expected to close this month.
