Following the acquisition of Global Force, BCDH will begin distributing eco.kid in the US

Black Castle Development Holdings (BCDH) is to acquire the exclusive US licensing rights to sell and distribute Australian brand eco.kid, a line of certified organic skin and hair care products to treat the hair, scalp and skin of children aged 3-12. The company will gain the licensing rights through its acquisition of international sales and marketing company Global Force for which it has signed a letter of intent. Following the close of the acquisition Global Force, the exclusive US distributor for eco.kid, will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of BCDH.

“With this acquisition, BCDH not only benefits from Global Force’s existing expertise and client base, but also will be the first to market the FDA approved eco.kid in the US,” said BCDH ceo Blair Waycott. “The revenue and profit potential of the eco.kid product alone can put BCDH on a tremendous trajectory for enhancing shareholder value.”
