Executive vp business development for Bradford, Chris Buckley says: “This acquisition is a testament to Bradford’s strength in the marketplace and solidifies our position as North America’s and the world’s number one specialty bar soap manufacturer.”

The plan is to move most if not all manufacturing to Bradford’s West Warwick, Rhode Island facility. This is expected to take a number of weeks as capacity is expanded to ensure a smooth transition.

“We are very excited to be entering this new phase in the growth and development of Bradford Soap. Bradford’s success depends on completely satisfying our valued customers,” adds Buckley.
