JARVIS MANUFACTURING

The English manufacturing division is housed in a purpose built factory next to our laboratories and encompasses all aspects of the process required to turn chosen formulae into a finished product.

Goods are only ever manufactured to order and each product that goes through our manufacturing areas is constantly monitored under strict codes of practice. To ensure complete peace of mind, clients are encouraged to become part of the quality control system, giving their final seal of approval before anything is filled or packed for dispatch.

We specialise in short and medium runs and are constantly investing in new plant, machinery and technology to improve efficiency, quality and safety. This ensures that clients who rely on such runs, particularly those at the niche top end of the market, achieve a cost effective end product that does not compromise attention to detail.

However, we believe our responsibility goes beyond simply making and packaging a cosmetic. Therefore, we aim to provide a complete service, right up to fulfilment and distribution. This allows the client to concentrate on their core business, thus increasing their chances of success in an ever more competitive marketplace.
