In the past 30 years we have developed long standing relationships with market leading chemical manufacturers. We pride ourselves in our ability to understand the needs and expectations of our customers, and our technical approach ensures that we work with our principals to remain at the forefront of product technology.

Our UK sales resource consists of regional account managers who are each supported by an internal sales coordinator, responsible for following up on enquiries, sending out quotes and ensuring that we maintain our excellent customer service.

Also operating externally are our technical speciality managers who are responsible for promoting new technologies and speciality products to formulators. They are available to assist in-house with customer formulations and process advice. Our internal technical department back up our external sales team and offer formulation advice, troubleshooting and documentation support.

With this wealth of technical resource we can remain at the cutting edge of the markets we serve.

We currently export to over 95 countries and have a dedicated in-house shipping team responsible for the prompt dispatch of orders. This market is rapidly growing and as a result we have recently opened a trading facility in China.

We currently distribute a wide range of products worldwide, including; surfactants, emulsifiers, rheology modifiers, skincare and haircare actives, botanicals, chelants, pharmaceutical excipients and ready formulated car care and homecare solutions.
