Being in Brazil since 1952, the Wheaton Brasil Group is one of the largest glass manufacturers in the country, supplying glass packaging to the perfume and cosmetic, pharmaceutical and food industries, among others.

With an installed capacity to produce 1 billion bottles per year, or 300 tons of glass per day, the Wheaton Brasil facility has 4 oxigas and renewal combustion melting ovens with computerized monitoring. There are 21 production lines with clean rooms, assuring due quality in the lines dedicated to the pharmaceutical industry and with climate controlled rooms for the cosmetic production lines.

It also counts on 4 color feeders totally committed to the Perfume and Cosmetic industry, and has a decoration unit personalizing the flasks for the most demanding clients.

Wheaton Brasil is ready to offer different decorative options for packaging and glass products, such as spraying, frosting, hot stamping and silk screen. This unit also carries out labeling, decalcomania, metalizing and tampography.

The production of glass, the decoration and the making of molds and equipment in its São Bernardo do Campo plant, enables the company to offer overall solutions in glass packaging, guaranteeing quick responses to its clients and markets.

Apart from the domestic market, Wheaton Brasil Vidros also operates in the international market, exporting to over 40 countries.
