Established in 2000, IPack creates, manufactures and assembles packaging for the fragrance and cosmetics market. IPack specialises in innovation and personalisation and is covered by several patents. IPack supplies specific products (caps and spray caps) but also offers standard products including jars and twist caps. Emphasis is put on quality, production, sales and R&D.

This expertise is demonstrated through IPack’s proven ability to design inventive spray systems for which they have received multiple patents.

IPack also manufactures complex packaging using:

• A wide range of materials enabling IPack to provide the lowest priced solutions while maintaining design integrity.
• 15 injection molding machines ranging from 25-300 tons with robotic periphery allowing IPack to offer high volume production while decreasing operating costs.

In addition IPack provides full service assembly solutions to meet all volume, design and cost specifications, and can decorate on a variety of plastic materials utilising various printing techniques.

Sirmi, the new modern twist cap

Under the name of Sirmi, (which means guarantee, protection in Esperanto language) this twist cap offers the market a new way of using packaging.

More modern than the traditional capsules services, Sirmi facilitates the distribution of product when the flexible bottle or tube is squeezed, after which the top cap automatically repositions itself to close the container while maintaining a rebalancing at atmospheric pressure.

The consumer can always keep the pack upside-down to ensure full use of the product, which is not the case with any other closure concept.

The product cannot escape without pressing the body pack thanks to the automatic closure of the capsule.

Sirmi also has a locking sealing by ¼ turning to ensure that it can be carried in handbags or luggage safely.

The concept was the subject of several patent applications (IPACK) to get the actual result.

Sirmi can be duplicated in all forms and with all possible finishes.
