A rare opportunity has come about for a Creative Perfumer to join our client’s truly impressive development department. In this role you will be responsible for the creation of new, exciting and unique fragrances, whilst actively seeking new project wins. You will cover all applications from Home to Fine Fragrance on a global scale focusing on the European, African and Middle Eastern markets. You will have a significant creative input into all R&D projects and will work closely with clients to promote and present your creations. You will provide technical sales support to the business development manager and will be seen as the lead perfumer for this facility.
A proven track record is essential alongside passion and commitment to the industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills and be able to demonstrate success with winning new business and building effective working relationships both internally and externally. They will display high energy, be prepared to take personal accountability, accept change positively and support and mentor the department.
