Dior has signed Italian model and actress Deva Cassel as its new international fashion and beauty ambassador.
The 19-year-old, who is the daughter of Italian actress Monica Bellucci and French actor Vincent Cassel, will make her debut appearance for the luxury brand this April in a campaign for Dior Makeup’s summer 2024 collection.
She will also front the LVMH-owned brand’s women’s fashion collections.
Dior described Cassel as “an up and coming figure of her generation who is confident and glowingly beautiful”.
Cassel made her beauty debut at the age of 16, appearing in Dolce & Gabbana’s Shine fragrance campaign in 2020.
She has also walked in fashion shows for Dolce & Gabbana as well as Coperni, Jacquemus, Courrèges and Alberta Ferretti.
Meanwhile, Cassel made her acting debut in 2023 in drama La Bella Estate (The Beautiful Summer) and will star in Netflix series The Leopard later this year.
She is the latest Gen Z face to front Dior’s beauty division, after the brand appointed singer Willow Smith as its make-up ambassador.
