Reporting to the Head of Creativity your day to day role will cover a wide range of active and stimulating tasks. They include the following:
- Support your senior in masterminding innovative formulations using existing or cutting edge technology.
- Work with your superior together to review all of the latest in market trends, range line ups and competitor reviews.
- Achieve accurate documented and timely completions of formulation development.
- Meet briefs by both internal and external clients.
- Liaise with the R+D team, to utilise the resources for testing and regulatory knowledge.
- Administrate the whole creativity process.
- Explore new claims and formulating innovations to incorporate them into new developments.
- Maintenance of the lab in a safe and clean manner, following COSSH and Health & safety requirements
