ICONS America LLC Headquarters
Based near Charlotte, North Carolina, our headquarters is home to our injection molded, In-Mold Label (IML) tube manufacturing facility providing customers with a sustainable, made-in-the-USA manufacturing solution, reducing carbon footprint and transportation lead times for North American destinations.
Our 160,000 sq ft, ISCC PLUS certified manufacturing facility currently specializes in injection molded, IML tubes and caps for the beauty, wellness, and health industry, with plans to expand into other Made-In-USA packaging solutions, including new innovations in tubes, caps, bottles, and jars.
We have also significantly increased our efficiency and further reduced our carbon footprint with domestically sourced resin material.

In 2025, ICONS Beauty Group announced a new chapter of growth with the opening of ICONS America LLC, Taiwan Branch, and the integration of ICONS|ICS operations into the ICONS America LLC, Taiwan Branch, providing clients with a wide range of primary packaging and the best in global sourcing solutions. In-Mold Label (IML) Tubes:
Combining cutting-edge IML tube technology and domestic production, our IML tubes pave the way to a sustainable future without compromising luxury. 360˚ tube decoration with virtually no limits, recyclable, mono-material, and available with PCR.

- Caps & Closures: In-mold matte or glossy styles, deco alignment features, flip-top, snap-on, screw-on styles (manufactured in our USA Headquarters facility)
Luxury Finish & Decoration
- Decoration that extends over the shoulder (no halo) and an almost invisible join line
- 360˚full surface tube decoration from shoulder to crimp
- Finishes: Matte, Soft Touch, Glossy, Combo (matte/glossy)
- Decoration: Digital Print (Metalised effects, CMYK, Invisible Inks, and Individual tube serialisation), Flexography, Hot & Cold Stamping (Colored stamping for small logos and Holographic)
