Duties:
Project management of all cosmetic development aspects, from initial conception to final approval. The goal is to achieve successful completion of customer briefs.
Formula development. Preparation and delivery of samples. R&D will provide support for this function.
Preparation and delivery of dossiers/technical documentation. The technical department will provide support for this function.
Planning and monitoring of tests to be performed within the company, as well as in external laboratories.
Coordinate the formulation development process ensuring all information is accurately recorded and passed on to relevant departments, such as procurement and client billing.
Direct contact with the client.
Reports directly to the Export Director.
Profile:
Science graduate (Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology); MA/Post-graduate degrees oriented toward project management and/or cosmetics would be an asset.
Experience in project management in the cosmetics sector.
Experience in working directly with the client.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Languages: Excellent level of English and French required; proficiency in German would be an asset.
Salary: dependent on profile and experience.
Working hours: Monday - Thursday 7:45-17h, 1h for lunch. Friday 7:45-14h.
