InterCHARM-Ukraine and Estet Beauty Expo acquired by ITE Group plc
InterCHARM-Ukraine and exhibition Estet Beauty Expo have been acquired by ITE Group plc.
In the course of negotiations the parties have signed the long-term contract of cooperation between the companies ITE and Estet. Commenting on the acquisition, ITE’s Chief Executive Officer, Russell Taylor, said: “The addition of these two exhibitions to ITE’s Ukrainian business is consistent with our strategy of building market leading positions in core markets and sectors and will complement ITE’s existing activities in Kyiv. These events have strong market positions in Ukraine and will benefit from access to ITE’s expertise and international reach.”
According to the terms of the given contract the company ITE represented by the company Premier Expo will function as the organizer of two exhibitions InterCHARM-Ukraine and Estet Beauty Expo. Both are trade exhibitions for the professional beauty trade and cosmetic and aesthetic medicine industry in Ukraine. The company Estet intends to focus on conference service, publishing and Internet communications in the field of beauty industry and will remain the information partner of both events providing professional communications by means of its editions and educational programs in the frames of the exhibitions.
