European Sales Manager Fragrances

We are internationally active in various industries with high-quality ingredients and speciality products. The setup of a new division is in progress and a dynamic and talented sales professional is needed to develop and expand new business and supplier relationships for fragrance compositions.

Your role
Reporting to the Vice President Cosmetics, you will develop a new business unit within the company and define the marketing & sales strategy for fragrance compositions (later also flavors/food ingredients). In the future there will be the possibility to become business unit manager of a larger group with P&L responsibility, drawing upon technical and commercial support from a dedicated team of professionals in our Zurich HQ.

  • Experienced sales professional in the fragrances industry
  • Technical background
  • Existing connections with perfumery, cosmetics & detergents manufacturers
  • Fluent in German/English/French
  • Management & representation skills
  • Hands-on marketing experience
  • Self-starter, willing to start from scratch and cover a broad scope of activities
  • Willing to travel 50 – 60% of time
  • Experience with SAP a plus
