Innovation Technologist £40-45,000 Nottingham 7-Mar-2012

You will join our world-class technical team, delivering leading suncare formulation innovation. Working on current and future development of sun protection products that will be sold throughout the global markets. You will have responsibility for delivering the suncare technology programme. Responsible for managing the technical relationship with global raw materials suppliers and product manufacturers you will identify and deliver new innovative technologies and formulations for our brands. You’ll have direct accountability for identifying and effectively managing all formulation technical risks associated with innovative technology to ensure products meet our quality standards, legislative and regulatory requirements. We’re ideally looking for a science graduate with a significant amount of experience in suncare. You’ll have an excellent track record of identifying, developing and delivering innovative formulas from concept to market. You’ll also have the ability to work within a multi-functional team and effectively communicate new technologies to non-technical team members.
