Programme Manager £45-50,000 Nottingham 7-Mar-2012

You are a graduate with 7 to 10 years in a retail or FMCG product environment, including senior management and programme management in a complex product related environment. You will develop and manage the rolling NPD and Existing Product Development programmes, including the annual Design, Origination and Tooling budget. Ensure programmes under your control are rigorously set up to ensure delivery of commercial NPD profit targets, that are embedded in trading targets, and all projects within programmes are delivered to profit, quality and time. You will take decisions on risk management solutions for low to medium impact and lead a project management team of 8 to 12 people.
