We are looking for an experienced formulator with a real passion and ideally 10 years of experience in colour cosmetics. You will develop the R&D colour strategy to support the marketing and brand plans whilst adhering to our core values and sustainability strategies. You will be experienced with global formulating, claims substantiation and the delivery of safe fit for purpose skin care and colour product. We are looking for an investigative approach to innovation and creativity together with understanding of the issues of scale up and efficiency in manufacturing.
