Research and Development Manager £ 45-60,000 Australia 5-Apr-2012

We are seeking a highly intelligent and organised Research and Development Manager to manage the daily priorities of the R&D team. You must take proactive charge of the formulation development and testing of all new and reformulated products, and ensuring that all formulations are compliant with intended markets and company guidelines. You will be managing a small team of technical staff, and this role will also require close collaboration with the Marketing and Production teams. We require strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, computer literacy, and a high level of research and analytical skills together with an understanding of global product compliance and regulatory affairs.
