Senior Patent Advisor €35-45,000 – Ireland 5-Dec-2011

You will be responsible for providing patent support to Research, New Product Development and Innovation activities. Build, review and promote the company patent portfolio in order to maintain business relevance in line with Marketing and R&D strategy. Conduct prior art searches, assist internal inventors with identifying and drafting invention disclosures, and operate as company liaison between inventors and external patent attorneys. Support product development by identifying and assessing third party patents relevant to raw materials, formulations and packaging and provide guidance on patent scope and infringement risk.
