Technical Expert £35-40,000 – Midlands 7-Mar-2012

We are looking for a charismatic science graduate with significant experience in formulation, process development, and manufacture and product industrialisation of cosmetic, pharmaceutical or other FMCG products. You will use your technical experience and knowledge of manufacturing to identify, approve and develop the global 3rd party raw material suppliers and contract manufacturers. You will investigate new process technologies to enable the development of innovative formulation and increase manufacturing flexibility, justifying capital expenditure within our manufacturers. Accountable for identifying and mitigating technical risks associated with the transfer of new formulation technologies to 3rd party manufacturers, overseeing transfer of existing formulation to ensure products meet our technical requirements.
