You will be an experienced and enthusiastic formulator with a passion for naturals and organics, able to manage a small team and drive innovation. Your team’s creative new product development will support the product and marketing strategy aligned to our brand values as well as meeting quality and regulatory standards for UK and International sales. You will initiate relevant research to push the boundaries of our product development and ingredient research and represent the brand, being the Technical Advisor on all technical issues.
