L’Oréal hires Xchanging for procurement services
Working across Europe’s ‘big five’
L’Oréal has awarded a three-and-a-half year procurement co-sourcing contract to business process and technology services provider Xchanging. On behalf of L’Oréal, the company will manage a significant amount of indirect procurement across five countries – France, the UK, Germany Italy and Spain – until 31 December 2014.
Xchanging will work alongside L’Oréal’s purchasing team to streamline purchasing processes and improve costs across categories including IT, telecommunications, facilities management, HR, light transport and logistics, travel, industrial supplies and services, and utilities and laboratory supplies.
