Do you have a deep rooted passion for Fragrance Creation? An exciting position lies ahead for you with one of the industry's most prestigious Fragrance houses. Being at the front line in Fragrance development this company has a client bank desired by many.
Due to huge success in new international markets, this company is expanding, and is now looking to strengthen their perfumery team by creating a new opportunity for a lead perfumer to join the department and work across the Home and Personal Care areas on a global scale. In this role you will be responsible for the creation of new, exciting and unique fragrances, whilst actively seeking new project wins. You will have a significant creative input into all R&D projects and will work closely with clients to promote and present your creations. You will provide technical sales support to the business development manager and will be seen as the face of perfumery to the company.
A proven track record is essential alongside bags of enthusiasm, passion and commitment to the industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills and be able to demonstrate success with winning new business and building effective working relationships both internally and externally. They will display high energy, be prepared to take personal accountability, accept change positively and support and mentor their team.
