Procedure:
1. In main vessel mix Sequence #1 with medium speed propeller stirring. Start heating.
2. Slowly add Sequence #2 while mixing. Continue heating to 75°C.
3. Slowly add Sequence #3 to main vessel. Continue heating to 75°C.
4. Combine Sequence #4 in separate vessel. Heat to 75°C.
5. At temperature add Sequence #4 to main vessel. Start cooling while mixing.
6. When batch reaches 55°C add Sequence #5.
7. When batch reaches 45°C add Sequence #6.
8. Mix until homogeneous, shutdown when temperature reaches 32°C.

pH: 6.7 - 7.0
Viscosity: TF @ 0.6 rpm (Helipath on) : 1,000,000+ cps
Stability: 1 month 50°C
