This is a fantastic opportunity for an Account Manager or Business Development Manager to join a large, growing contract manufacturer, operating over two production sites, within the field of toiletries, pharmaceutical, medical device and nutritionals, providing services to a variety of blue chip, high street retailers and brand owners.
You are a motivated and passionate salesperson who wants to be part of a successful, growing cosmetic contract manufacturer. Prior sales and account management experience is essential for this position with a focus on selling a service rather than finished goods.
Excellent communication skills are required for this challenging role, building and strengthening relationships both with internal and external stakeholders as well as operating across both of the sites.
Your commercial and financial awareness is strong and you are able to pick things up quickly.
You must be based from either the Hampshire site or the Lancashire site with occasional but regular travel to the other as well as client visits.
You are passionate and knowledgeable about the cosmetics industry with a keen interest in staying up to date with the latest market trends as well as conducting regular competitor analysis.
