The move follows the recent acquisition of 70% of California's Arminak & Associates by Rieke’s parent company, TriMas Corporation.
The addition makes Rieke one of the world’s largest manufacturers of foamers and airless dispensers and allows the company to offer its personal care customers a single source solution for packaging requirements.
Commenting on the move, Lynn Brooks, president of Rieke said: “Arminak is a natural fit with our organisation and will complement our highly engineered product offering.
