Actives International acquires Surfactants Inc 18-Jan-2012

Natural extracts supplier Actives International has announced it has purchased Surfactants Inc in a private agreement. Surfactants Inc, whose products include Surfacare, Surfapon and Surfox, operates primarily in the personal care industry.
It will be renamed Surfactants International, with current business manager, Jack Fallon taking over as ceo.
“Actives International and Surfactants Inc have built successful businesses by providing product knowledge and outstanding service to their customers,” commented Jon Anderson, ceo, Actives International. “As we move forward with that shared vision, Surfactants will focus on developing proprietary ingredients that solve specific customer problems.
