Amyris and Firmenich expand flavours and fragrances collaboration

Agreement made for next six years


Amyris, Inc., the renewable chemicals company, and Firmenich SA, the global flavours and fragrances company, are set to significantly expand their collaboration to develop and commercialise renewable ingredients in the flavours and fragrances (F&F) industry.

Under the new agreement, Firmenich will have exclusive access to Amyris’ technology platform, in return for significant funding over the next six years.
