Inspired by the Japanese ritual of forest bathing, forest therapy is a practice that involves spending time in nature for therapeutic purposes.
This form of therapy is said to improve overall wellbeing and relieve worries, and stresses.
Included in the new collection is the brand’s Bath & Shower Oil, which contains an essential oil blend with ‘healing’ scents.
Blended with pink pepper, juniper berry and Mediterranean cypress the formula is designed to help improve respiratory health and install calm.
Retailing at £49, the product will be available via aromatherapyassociates.com from August.
