Creer Beaute's new Miracle Romance Shining Moon Powder is both a blush and an illuminating powder. Given Sailor Moon’s long history, many adults who were teenage fans are expected to buy the anniversary product. Creer Beaute has released previous cosmetics collaborations with various Japanese cartoon series, including Urusei Yatsura, Creamy Mami, and The Rose of Versailles.
