In May, LVMH-owned Benefit Cosmetics is opening its first boutique in Toronto, Canada.
The freestanding store will be the first in the country, and will be located in Uptown Toronto on Yonge Street. It will retail the brand’s products as well as provide beauty services such as quick ‘make-uppers’, spray tanning, brow shaping and tinting, and facial and body waxing and threading.
The two-level, 1,500sqft retail space is surrounded by upscale stores such as yoga wear brand LuluLemon. Construction is taking place now, with a grand opening set for May.
Benefit has freestanding boutiques across the US, in the UK and Ireland and in several countries in Europe and Asia. The brand is currently stocked in other beauty retailers in Canada including Sephora and Shoppers Drug Mart. Benefit is slated to open more locations across Canada in the future.
