Brand Manager – Skincare – Global Retail/Distribution

Responsible for driving brand innovation strategies to increase revenue


Responsibilities

  • Devise regional brand and marketing strategies to drive profitability of the brand
  • Responsible for driving brand innovation strategies to increase revenue of business unit
  • Act as a brand custodian for spearheading packaging and product development
  • Manage demand forecast, inventory holding and A&P budget for the brands
  • Conceptualise selling proposition and launch campaigns for new products
  • Conduct competitor, consumer and market analysis

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Management, International Business, Brand Management
  • At least 6 years of regional brand and marketing experience within the Skincare industry
  • Must be proactive, responsible and committed;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
