CIDP Research & Innovation (ex - Centre de Phytothérapie et de Recherche - CEPHYR), focuses its investigation on plants and their potential application in the field of cosmetic, nutrition and therapy. Its geographical position at the heart of the Mascarene Islands and close to the African continent gives it enviable access to a rich and unexploited flora. From this unique biodiversity and CIDP’s cutting edge expertise in ethno-pharmacology and research, it aims to become a premium provider of novel phytochemicals, proprietary-based ingredient technologies and seamless contract research services on natural products.

By the end of 2014, the CIDP Group headquarters has moved to new facilities due to the expansion of its activities and is now forming part of a biotechnology park along with other companies specialised in biochemistry, microbiology, analytical chemistry, radiology and many more.
