CPL Aromas completes deal to buy Hagelin’s fragrance business 15-May-2009

CPL Aromas Inc of Somerset New Jersey, has confirmed that it has completed the acquisition of the fragrance business of Hagelin and Company Inc.

This acquisition will see CPL Aromas move the production of Hagelin fragrances to its new purpose built facility in New Jersey. Managing director of CPL Aromas, Nick Pickthall commented on the deal: “This substantial investment demonstrates CPL Aromas’ commitment to the world’s largest fragrance market.
