ColepCCL extends jv in Brazil

Acquires a 51% share capital stake in Provider and Total Pack


Contract manufacturer ColepCCL has strengthened its partnership with Brazilian personal care manufacturers Provider Indústria e Comércio SA and Total Pack Indústria e Comércio SA through the acquisition of a 51% share capital stake in both companies. The deal builds on the recent launch of the ColepCCL Provider Aerosol (CPA) joint venture, announced in September this year, for the production of aerosol based consumer products.

According to ColepCCL, the venture combines its experience with the Latin American market knowledge of Provider and Total Pack and will exploit the opportunity to introduce new products to Brazil and Latin America.
