The contract manufacturer has been investing in its Mexico plant since 2013
Colep, a consumer goods packaging and contract manufacturing company, is making its aerosol technology offering available to US customers, after successfully commencing operations in Mexico in 2013.
Colep recognises Mexico as an “ideal location” for multinational brand owners and, three years ago, acquired a plant in Santiago de Querétaro, which it has been investing in and fitting out in order to maximise production capacity.
The plant provides access to a range of aerosol technologies including alcohol and water-based products, and specialist bag-on-valve and dual compartment system technologies.
Paulo Sousa, Colep Sales Director for the Americas, said: “Our US partners can draw on decades of innovation expertise in partnering with Colep, working with our multinational team of chemists, packaging engineers and product managers to bring breakthrough technology projects to life.”
Colep has a growing portfolio of manufacturing plants with 11 other facilities located across Europe, Brazil and the Middle East, which product aerosol, liquid and cream products.
