Commercial Director International – Central London  - £90-£110,000 + Package

University degree & 5 years experience managing and developing USA/EMEA markets

Educated to University degree level you have 5 years’ successful experience managing and developing USA/EMEA markets with an understanding of the retail distribution structure and way of working in USA and EMEA. You also have experience in leading a team within a sales function.

You will create lead and execute the International Commercial strategy of the USA and EMEA markets for all our retail brands setting the strategic and opportunity market, channel and customer strategies, driving sustainable growth and gaining market share, using insight from market consumer and trade to establish a 3 year plan for each brand. Identifying risks and opportunities within the division and proposing solutions to those risks.

You will implement retail forecasting, reviewing regularly as required to manage the business planning cycle within the team. With responsibility for delivering monthly, quarterly and annual Profit and Loss targets you will lead the EMEA and USA Commercial meetings, and also lead the team on making strategic and tactical decisions on NPD launches.

You will have responsibility for the development and training of team members.

You will build internal relationships with the Commercial, Finance, Brand, NPD, Supply and Operations teams, and you will develop and maintain external relationships with retail partners and distributors.

International travel to the USA and EMEA is required on a regular basis.
