Coronavirus prompts Beauty Dusseldorf to postpone until September

Published: 5-Mar-2020

The cosmetics, wellness and spa trade event will take place six months later than planned

Beauty Dusseldorf has been postponed until autumn 2020, following the outbreak of the coronavirus (Covid-19).

The cosmetics industry event was due to take place tomorrow at the Convention Center Düsseldorf in Germany, but will now be delayed until 18 September over concerns relating to the spread of the virus.

Wolfram N. Diener, Managing Director at Messe Düsseldorf, said: “We are very happy to have found alternate dates for our trade fairs so quickly.

“The whole team of Messe Düsseldorf jointly with its co-organisers, partners and exhibitors has put its heart and soul into the preparation of the two trade fairs.

“Together we will make sure that our exhibition halls in September will turn into emotional experience worlds where people meet who are passionate about cosmetic services and hairstyling and barbering.”

Delegates who have bought tickets will be able to use them at the postponed event.
