You are an experienced Customer Services Manager with a minimum of 5 years’ experience within the Luxury or Prestige goods market, answering all customer enquiries online and over the phone. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role. Your personality is key, you need to be self-motivated, think on the spot and be a brand ambassador for this well-respected luxury brand.
