Digital Marketing Manager

Plan and manage digital marketing programs in key focus areas


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing road map, while constantly improving the digital capabilities of the team
  • Plan and manage digital marketing programs in key focus areas, such as social media, performance, email marketing and conversion rate optimization
  • Conceptualise and deliver integrated marketed campaigns with Marketing Team
  • Be the key marketing representative for Digital Transformation Initiatives and liaise closely with Corporate Development and other stakeholders
  • Maintain and improve B2C web properties on a long term and day to day basis

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in planning, managing and executing digital marketing campaigns
  • Ability in digital disciplines, such as social media marketing, performance marketing, email marketing, eCommerce and SEO
  • Well-versed in digital marketing metrics, measurement frameworks and technical implementation
  • Experience with digital marketing solutions (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, VWO, MallChimp)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript would be highly advantageous
  • Able to multi-task and meet fast paced project timelinesv
  • Initiative to keep up-to-date on digital marketing trends
