We are looking for an experienced Finance Director, ideally with experience in the cosmetic and beauty categories of the FMCG market place to strengthen our board.
You must be used to dealing with the major UK and international retailers, grocers, health and beauty, department stores and distributors. Ideally you will be able to understand the mind of the retailer, the margins and processes involved with concept to shelf product development and supply.
You will have experience of building a business, launching and building brands, increasing market share, take overs, buy outs and be totally at ease in the boardroom and when dealing with city investors and the banks.
Commercially astute with solid practical knowledge of the FMCG and global retail markets, you will build on existing experience to forge excellent relationships with the Banks and provide all information required to assist in the due diligence process of potential acquisition or funding opportunities.
As Finance Director you will have a proven track record as a hands on Finance Manager or Director, a can do attitude, excellent presentations skills and the ability to command instant respect. You must have experience in Private Equity backed businesses.
