On 12 August, footballer Zlatan Ibrahimovic will release his first fragrance, Zlatan, exclusively at Parisian department store Colette.
Ibrahimovic, a Swedish national who plays for French club Paris Saint Germain, announced the fragrance – the first under his new brand, Zlatan Ibrahimovic Parfums – on Twitter and publicised it in a pre-release personal appearance at Colette on 24 June.
Footballers are better known for endorsing existing fragrances than creating their own, although David Beckham now has 26 fragrances in production under the label he shares with his wife Victoria (manufactured by Coty), and Cristiano Ronaldo has also just announced that he will release a fragrance this summer, though details are currently under wraps.
