You are a Cosmetic Chemist with at least 4 years of experience within the lab, managing your own projects. Ideally you will have cross-category knowledge within Beauty, Cosmetics, and Toiletries as this is a diverse role encompassing a number of these key areas.
You must have commercial acumen with an excellent knowledge of raw materials and their costings in order to ensure timely delivery of projects within the outlined budget.
A passion for Cosmetics is a must as you will need to keep up to date with the latest trends at all times, specifically relating to raw materials and ingredients. You will also have a good knowledge of EU regulations in order to ensure that these are met at all times within all projects.
You will have superior communication skills as this role requires you to liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including on-site manufacturing, 3rd party manufacturers and suppliers, and the London-based head office team.

Due to the location of the site, it would beneficial if you have a full UK driving licence and own a car.
