This is an exciting opportunity to work for a global business within the cosmetic industry based in London. They want a vibrant candidate to join their creative product development team, as a formulation technologist.
In order to be considered for the role, you will have at least 2 years experience in new product development (Colour Cosmetics), ideally with time spent in a laboratory environment.
As a formulation technologist, you must have good working knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, raw material suppliers and regulatory framework. The role requires you to help drive forward product development in Europe and the Far East, therefore French language is highly desirable for this position. You will be working closely with factories and the R&D team to develop and propose new products to customers.
You will have superior written and oral communication skills in English, with French being an advantage.
Qualifications: A related science degree or equivalent is desirable.
Please note this role is initially to cover maternity leave but with the potential for a full time position at the end of the term.
