US based hand and skin care formula company acquires French professional hygiene firm


US based GOJO Industries has acquired Laboratoires Prodene Klint. Prodene Klint is based in France and specialises in professional hygiene, cosmetics and disinfectant products, while GOJO’s product portfolio includes hand cleaning, hand washing, hand sanitising and skin care formulas under the GOJO, Purell and Provon brand names.
