Greentech acquires Phytocos 8-Apr-2010

Ingredients supplier Greentech has announced the acquisition of French fine chemistry and molecular distillation specialist Phytocos.

The company, which is involved in organic certification, as well as the manufacture of vegetal oils, ester and lipidic derivatives, will invest in new facilities for production and the development of new emulsifiers, active esters and preservatives as part of the acquisition.
