Australian colour brand creates foundation shade specifically to suit Fijian models

Harlotte Cosmetics, an Australian beauty brand, has been announced as the official make-up sponsor of Fiji Fashion Week (FJFW).

The event, which takes place from 5-10 September in Suva’s Vodafone Arena in Fiji, precedes the brand’s launch into the South Pacific country.

Up until now, Harlotte Cosmetics has been available in 400 salons across Australia.

A new foundation shade has been produced specially for the fashion week. Michelle Crofts, Founder and Creative Director of Harlotte Cosmetics, said: “In the last two months, we have had our lab formulate a new foundation colour to match the skin tone of the beautiful, local Fijian girls and we will launch this colour at FJFW.”

Roughly 50 models walking the catwalk of Fiji Fashion Week will sport make-up looks made using the brand’s products.

Harlotte Cosmetics, a cruelty-free brand, was founded in 2007.
