An exciting opportunity has come up at a family-run company who has clear focus on the development of their European clients. They are one of the leading contract manufacturers for the Cosmetic and Household industries.
Their portfolio covers a broad range of products for the cosmetics and household industry with numerous R&D Facilities across Germany. This opportunity offers you the chance to join a dynamic and fast moving organisation that can further your career in the European market.
You will be looking after the Body care laboratory on site in Germany and be responsible for the following:
- Product development according to customer requirements or requirements in product lettering
- Technical guidance of the laboratory staff
- Development of the necessary product documentation
- Coordination of product tests and product samples
- Main contact for product-related inquiries
- Managing 2-3 direct reports and helping to develop their skills
The company are excited to bring on board some with a strong understanding of the Cosmetics industry and the following requirements:
- Degree "Bachelor / Master of Science" or equivalent qualification
- Experience in the development of skin care products
- Team ability and high resilience even in demanding situations
- High coordination and communication skills
- Very good comprehension and high flexibility
- Very good knowledge of MS-Office tools
- Good written and spoken English knowledge
- Independent and structured approach to working
