You are a dynamic strategist with a desire to lead and execute our commercial stagey, manage and motivate your team. You will head up UK sales, category leadership within the main beauty retailers and grocer accounts with a view to gain market share for our brands.

You will manage, develop and motivate a team off 11 including NAMs, field sales and a commercial analyst. Partner with each of our major retailers on the commercial plans/joint business plans to drive growth. Manager NPD launch plans, promotional budgets and analysis.
