Henkel Argentina was placed in Apertura magazine's ranking of the 130 best employers of the country

For the second year in a row, Henkel Argentina was placed in Apertura magazine's ranking of the 130 best employers of the country. Henkel was placed in third position in the category for employers with less than 200 employees, and is the only industrial company within the top four.

A study of each company was carried out through an audit of 70 criteria items, structured in five focal areas: career; remuneration; work environment; working hours and conditions; and training. Each focal area includes diverse topics, such as career planning, compensation policy, workplace services and CSR activities. Research also included interviews with the most senior as well as the most recent employees of the company.

Over 400 organisations were considered and investigated, but only 130 entered the ranking after exceeding the required 400 points.

Nine of the 130 listed companies are of German origin. Among them, considering all categories, Henkel ranked in third place, slightly behind SAP and BASF.

Carlos Martínez, Human Resources Manager of Henkel Argentina and Head of Governance for Latin America, commented: "Repeating this achievement gives us great satisfaction, as we constantly work to generate innovative initiatives to inspire our people, meanwhile we also seek a better work-life balance."

"Inspire is one of the pillars of Henkel's strategy, so we are proud of this contribution. But it also commits us to continue our work every day, thus making our company an increasingly attractive place to work by retaining and attracting the best talents," added Guillermo von Bergen, President of Henkel Argentina.
